Cancellation Policy
Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable if you cancel, reschedule, or are 30+ minutes late. I allow a 15-minute grace period before a late fee applies ($1 per minute). Appointments will be canceled after 30 minutes, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. Any nighttime appointment has a $15 after-hours fee. All pricing listed is starting at the stated rate and may vary depending on hair length, density, condition, and service needs. KIDS SERVICE POLICY For a child’s first appointment, a parent/guardian may stay. After the first visit, children must be dropped off and picked up on time. A pickup time will be provided. Pickups exceeding 20 minutes will be subject to a late fee. Breaks and some crying are understandable. However, if a child becomes uncontrollable and the service cannot be safely completed, the appointment will be canceled and 50% of the service fee will be due.
