Availability:
Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Saturday, 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM.
Consultations:
Required for all new clients, starter locs, micro locs, instant locs, and bulk repairs. Consultations can be completed on the same day as your service or separately.
Deposits:
A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

Standard for consultations: $30 ($20 covers the consultation; $10 goes toward your service).

Regular service: $25 (goes toward service).
Cancellations & Tardiness:
Cancellations & Tardiness: Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable for cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows. A late fee applies after 15 minutes ($1 per minute). After 30 minutes, your appointment will be canceled. A new deposit will be required to re-book.
